Model Town

Model Town draws its inspiration from the three types of buildings commonly found in US towns and cities: residential, commercial and municipal. As an example of each type of architecture, a sculpture representing a basic house with an added addition, a 4-story office building, and a pre-fabricated quonset hut will make up this series. Each design will become a cast concrete sculpture that double as alternative seating, as well as objects to rest and play on. Various pigments can be added to the concrete to change the color of the sculptures.
